Hello and welcome to the “Ask Archer” substack, for those who like to get their financial insights from a dog.

I’ve spent more than 30 years in the financial services industry, introduced hundreds of investment products that raised billions of dollars. I have stood on the podium at the New York Stock Exchange for new investment fund launches more times than I can remember. And I have worked with some of Wall Street’s most thoughtful investment strategists, economists, and portfolio managers.

Over those years, I’ve had (or have housed) three dogs, and I can say without equivocation that Archer is by far the most astute when it comes to the markets. He’s smart, insightful, and most important, he’s not captive to the conventional way of thinking. He sees things differently.
